In practice it means taking the end-user into the development process.
A good digital service serves the end-user but also meets the service provider's brand, business goals and strategies. In order to meet these requirements, Anni prefer to gather a team with people from different backgrounds and competences.
Outside the digital world Anni is a triathlonist.
