Old metaphors and habits have an almost gravitational pull that makes it difficult to re-design the marketing organization.

In this talk I will try to look at the promise and challenges of organizing for lift-off in content marketing - particularly in the aforementioned types of companies.

I hope to inspire discussion about best practice in organizing for success in content marketing. How should we organize for today, and what about tomorrow?
