Working in a software development company, I faced the problem of not being able to propose the most appropriate solutions to some of my clients since I didn’t really understand what their needs are.
On the other hand, I always felt that some of my clients were unable to push their projects further since they didn’t understand how technology could impact their business.
When we work for our clients, they always ask for consulting, ideas, what so ever but if we don’t understand the entire strategy and what is driving them, it’s really hard to propose anything else than little rings and bells to make it more pretty. They’re often stuck with all their “big data” and they don’t really know how to unleash its potential and we don’t know either.
I believe that knowledge of technology can help them to shift to a more personal relationship, and allow them to obtain a very high return for campaigns.
How? By gathering data and integrating it with their internal business tools to leverage its power by offering a true service to their customers.
In this presentation, I would like to do a hands-on exercise and do in order to show you how to share a few ideas with you and convince some of you that a one to one relationship, or leveraging your data may be much easier to reach than one might think.
